Originally from Arizona, Chelsy now proudly calls Texas home. She brings a powerful mix of industry knowledge, corporate retail experience, and strategic leadership to The Collective Outdoors. A graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Retailing & Consumer 

Sciences, Chelsy built her career working for nationally recognized brands including Home Depot and Dickies Apparel. Her background includes roles in outdoor garden sourcing, merchandising, manufacturing, and large-scale retail operations. 

At The Collective Outdoors, Chelsy leads the retail and special projects side of the business with creativity, precision, and vision. From merchandising and large-scale purchasing to inventory strategy and customer flow, she helps shape a retail experience that can compete with major national retailers while still delivering the personal touch of a locally owned business. 

She believes retail should feel inspiring, welcoming, and personal while helping customers feel confident and excited about their outdoor spaces.
