Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most products we offer are custom ordered from our vendors so shipping times will vary based on the vendor and their product availability. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

We offer white glove delivery service for Fort Worth and within a 50 mile radius of Fort Worth. For $125 we will deliver, set up, and haul off packaging for your purchased product. 

Deliveries are made from 8am-5pm Monday- Saturday. We will contact you via phone or email with the contact information you provided at checkout to schedule delivery. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Fort Worth store location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days if the product is in stock at the store. For custom ordered product, we will place your order within 2 to 5 business days and then communicate the estimated shipping time frame for the product.  We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm Monday- Friday and 10am- 3pm on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lifestyle@thecollectiveoutdoors.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Depending on the nature of the product, there may be some limitations to ship to a P.O. Box. Please contact us before placing your order at lifestyle@thecollectiveoutdoors.com if you would like to ship to a P.O. Box.
